Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking an experienced leader with 7+ years in the HVAC, mechanical, or construction industry, who combines technical understanding with strong business and leadership skills. The ideal candidate has a track record of growing service operations, developing technicians, and managing customer relationships. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on operational leadership, and the ability to scale a specialized service business.

Essential Qualifications

• Industry Leadership: 7+ years of comprehensive experience in HVAC, mechanical, or related construction industries.

• Operational Excellence: Proven ability to manage installation and service operations, scheduling, and quality assurance.

• Business Development Acumen: Experience building customer relationships, driving sales, and expanding service offerings.

• Team Leadership: Skilled in leading and motivating technicians and office staff to achieve strong customer satisfaction.

• Financial & Business Management: Experience managing budgets, P&L, and strategic growth plans.

• Licensing: An HVAC license and/or EPA certification is strongly preferred. General contracting experience is a plus.

• Regulatory Understanding: Knowledge of mechanical codes, safety standards (OSHA), and industry best practices.
