The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

The personalization platform your team builds will make every interaction on LinkedIn more relevant, valuable, and effective – enabling members to discover the right opportunities, connect with the most meaningful people and content, and helping enterprise customers find and engage the right talent, leads, or learners. By empowering these experiences, the platform will help members be more productive and successful while enabling organizations to achieve their business goals more efficiently.
You will guide the design and development of scalable, intelligent systems that support personalization at both the member and enterprise level, including real-time decisioning, contextual understanding, and adaptive user experiences. The systems your team builds will empower LinkedIn’s product teams to rapidly experiment, learn, and deliver differentiated experiences that drive member satisfaction, engagement, and enterprise productivity.

You will build robust experimentation frameworks that enable rapid iteration and evidence-based product development, partnering with growth teams to accelerate learning velocity.
You will evolve the platform to leverage the latest in AI, machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and intelligent agents to deliver increasingly adaptive, context-aware experiences.
You will collaborate with product and design partners to ensure personalization systems help members achieve their professional goals and improve enterprise productivity outcomes.
You will champion engineering excellence by setting high standards for system design, reliability, and developer productivity.
You will collaborate with senior leadership to align platform strategy with product goals and drive measurable business impact.
You will hire, grow, and retain top engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and inclusion.
