Full Stack Product Engineer

• Accountabilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end AI-powered workflows, integrating models, APIs, and front-end components.
• Prototype rapidly, ship functional solutions, and iterate based on user and business feedback.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and product teams to transform high-level concepts into working systems.
• Connect and orchestrate AI models from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google into real business applications.
• Contribute to the evolution of the AI stack, defining best practices and system architecture as the ecosystem shifts.
• Ensure a user-focused experience by prioritizing clarity, usability, and seamless integration across digital products.
• Requirements:
• Proven experience shipping full-stack products, not just prototypes or demos.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Kotlin, and TypeScript; experience with frameworks such as Spring, FastAPI, Vue, or React.
• Working knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, and orchestration tools (e.g., Google ADK, Semantic Kernel, LangChain) to deliver practical solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and make technical decisions with minimal guidance.
• Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a passion for learning quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CI/CD, modern cloud platforms (e.g., GCP), and pragmatic observability is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI workflows, RAG pipelines, or agentic systems is a strong advantage.
