Software Engineer I & II

As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing the next generation of backend infrastructure for large-scale platforms and services. You will collaborate with international teams of engineers to build scalable, robust, and high-performance systems using modern technologies such as NodeJS, GraphQL, and cloud solutions. The role involves contributing to system architecture, delivering mid-to-large features, and ensuring code quality through unit testing and documentation. You will also participate in technical forums, reviews, and cross-team collaborations to shape platform evolution. • Accountabilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using NodeJS and related technologies.
• Collaborate within scrum teams and across international engineering teams to implement platform-level features.
• Review proposals and contribute to platform architecture and organizational standards.
• Own the delivery of mid-size to large features, including implementation, unit tests, and documentation.
• Participate in technical forums and share best practices across engineering teams.
• Debug, maintain, and provide support for existing services and infrastructure.
• Communicate estimates, schedules, dependencies, and issues effectively with team members.

• Requirements
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or relevant professional experience equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience building, maintaining, and enhancing backend services.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and NodeJS for production-level development.
• Experience with GraphQL and cloud platforms such as AWS (Redis, DynamoDB, S3, etc.).
• Familiarity with RESTful and/or gRPC APIs, server optimization, CI/CD pipelines, and load testing tools.
• Strong understanding of scalable system architecture, low-latency solutions, and metrics monitoring.
• Experience working within agile methodologies and cross-team collaborations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical documentation skills.
