Senior Solution Enablement Manager, LGE AV/DVLED (REMOTE-WEST COAST)

LG Electronics is a global technology leader delivering consumer and commercial solutions across multiple industries. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Solution Enablement Manager to lead technical pre-sales, solution validation, and cross-functional alignment for complex AV and DVLED projects on the West Coast territory. The role requires deep AV systems knowledge, strong sales engineering experience, and the ability to drive multimillion-dollar opportunities through to project execution.

Skills

  • Proven experience designing AV, DVLED, and digital signage solutions in enterprise or B2B environments
  • Strong ability to translate architectural drawings and site constraints into project-ready solutions
  • BOM/SOW creation and technical proposal development
  • Experience with Salesforce for opportunity management and accurate pipeline reporting
  • Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Visio or similar design tools (preferred)
  • Excellent presentation, stakeholder management, and consultative sales skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% domestically

Responsibilities

  • Perform pre-sales consultation, requirements discovery, and site assessments with end users, resellers, consultants, and partners
  • Design integrated AV/DVLED solutions, develop BOMs, SOWs, technical validation packets, and implementation assumptions
  • Partner with sales, channel, and business management teams to shape opportunity strategy, forecasting, and RFP responses
  • Coordinate with ecosystem partners to evaluate third-party products, ensure compatibility, and optimize cost-effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate opportunity data, solution notes, and attachments in Salesforce and report progress to leadership
  • Provide technical leadership and act as liaison between Design Services, PMO, Field Engineering, and Sales for clean handoffs
  • Support scoping, value engineering, and technical reviews for projects typically between $500K and $6M+
  • Develop training materials, technical playbooks, mentor junior SEMs, and enable sales teams on solution standards
  • Evaluate and improve pre-sales processes to increase speed, accuracy, and predictability of solution delivery

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred or equivalent experience
  • Relevant certifications (CTS-D preferred) considered a plus
