Lenovo is seeking a Learning and Development Consultant to oversee the full lifecycle of internal training programs, supporting talent development strategies and enhancing leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities: Manage the entire process of internal training programs including design, administration, and facilitation, while also leveraging analytics for improvement and collaborating with business teams to develop client-focused learning solutions.
Skills: Proven experience in corporate Learning & Development, understanding of adult learning principles, and strong stakeholder engagement skills; ability to design and deliver learning solutions in a business setting is essential.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field, along with 7+ years in corporate learning and development, preferred teaching and facilitation skills, and strong leadership and communication abilities.

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $80,000 - $120,000.

We are looking for a Learning and Development Consultant who will be responsible for the full lifecycle of internal training programs, including program design, administration, communications, live and virtual facilitation, and leveraging analytics for continuous improvement. Your work will directly support Lenovo’s talent development strategy and help build a strong leadership pipeline.
In addition, you’ll collaborate closely with business organizations and sales teams to identify opportunities to extend our learning solutions to external clients and partners. A consultative, sales-oriented mindset is essential, as you’ll help position leadership development as a strategic offering that drives client value and business growth.
This role requires prior experience in corporate Learning & Development, with a deep understanding of adult learning principles, business alignment, and stakeholder engagement. This role demands expertise in designing and delivering learning solutions for professional, adult audiences in a business environment.
