Responsibilities: Develop and execute growth strategies, lead a sales team, oversee customer success, manage forecasting and performance metrics, and collaborate across departments to align revenue priorities with business strategy.
Skills: Proven leadership in K-12 revenue, expert in sales strategy, forecasting and process improvement, strong cross-functional collaboration, and experience with MEDDPICC in a high-growth environment.
Qualifications: Experience with scaling sales teams in organizations with $20-$50M ARR, expertise in performance management and AI operational efficiencies, and a strong track record of mentoring high-performing teams.
Location: This position can be performed remotely, with strong collaboration across the US.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $180,000 - $300,000.

Position Overview
Part of the executive team and reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) is responsible for all state and district revenue-generating functions across sales, customer success, and sales enablement. As a key member of the executive team, the CGO will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Reporting & Analytics and Sales Operations to architect and scale the go-to-market strategy, drive profitable growth, expand market share, deepen customer relationships and support meaningful outcomes. This role requires a strategic, data-informed leader with a strong record of scaling high-performing teams and delivering results in the SaaS K–12 education market.
