Learning.com is seeking a Director of Product & AI Innovation to lead the development of engaging educational resources that empower K-12 students and educators. The position requires a collaborative, innovative leader with expertise in EdTech and AI to define a strategic product vision and ensure alignment with educational needs.
Responsibilities: The Director will develop and communicate a clear product strategy, translate educator needs into engaging experiences, lead cross-functional teams, monitor emerging technologies, and manage product performance through data analysis.
Skills: Candidates should possess strong product management expertise, user-centered AI design, knowledge of learning science principles, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in EdTech and SaaS, familiarity with the K-12 education market, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Location: This position is based in the USA, with no specified remote work details.
Compensation: $145000 / Annually

As the head of Product and AI Innovation at Learning.com, you will lead the vision and development of engaging, easy-to-use resources that support educators and empower students to build healthy and proficient relationships with technology. As the ideal candidate, you bring a passion for education, a collaborative spirit, and a sense of urgency to innovate responsibly—especially through demonstrated experiences leveraging AI and other emerging technologies. In this role, you’ll define and drive a clear, multi-year product strategy rooted in learning science, and an AI approach, ensuring alignment with our mission. You'll translate educators' needs to improve academic outcomes, develop practical life skills for K-12 students, and foster more meaningful connections with others into relevant, engaging resources. By guiding cross-functional teams and keeping a pulse on educator and workforce needs, you will ensure our products support current and future digital literacy needs of educators and students and deliver measurable impact. It’s essential that you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, champion user-centered design, and balance your natural curiosity for technology with a strong sense of responsibility for delivering thoughtful, impactful products to students and teachers as you help evolve the future of digital literacy.
