We invite you to join NinjaTech AI as a Paid Media Strategist (part-time, contract) as we innovate together to build autonomous AI agents.

The Paid Media Strategist will play a critical role in accelerating our growth trajectory from Seed to Series A and beyond. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer and collaborating closely with the CEO (both are ex-Google), this position will lead paid media initiatives, focusing on online advertising campaigns and growth objectives.
Other collaborators include our SEO and Social Media consultants, and UX designers (we provide all visual assets for ad campaigns)

About you:
The ideal candidate for this Paid Media Strategist position is someone who has high agency (and high energy!) and thrives in a high-velocity collaborative environment. We are looking for a data-driven analytical thinker to lead critical GTM initiatives end to end, managing all relevant stakeholders while experimenting with different approaches and adjusting strategy.

The Paid Media Strategist can work remotely in the US or Canada. If you are in Silicon Valley or Vancouver (Canada), you are most welcome to work at our office alongside the team! (we work 5 days onsite and offer paid meals).

This is a part-time (~15 hrs/week) contract. If the selected candidate has the experience and ability to drive our overall Growth Marketing, this can develop into a full-time position (we hire full-time employees only in at our HQ in Silicon Valley, or Vancouver and Sydney)

Our all-in-one AI assistant, Ninja, combines the best AI models and custom AI agents to empower our customers to quickly complete tasks across research, writing, coding, image generation, and more. NinjaTech AI is backed by Alexa Fund and Samsung Ventures and we are on track to raise Series A funding in 2025.

Our team works in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment. We get a lot done when we ideate together and iterate quickly. Our velocity, scientific rigor and engineering excellence are exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in close collaboration with the CPO and CEO to leverage the budget as effectively as possible by setting up experiments and doing A/B testing.

  • Create, build and manage cross-channel ad campaigns to drive lead generation and user growth, leveraging analytics to optimize performance.

  • Write ad copy(ies) and lead asset development; our UX team provides visual assets.

  • Think critically while working with various Ad platform teams: set up experiments, tweak campaigns and do A/B testing

  • Analytics: Monitor and report critical metrics. Send daily and weekly updates. Join regular team calls and be available for quick questions on Slack

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a hands-on growth marketing role within a startup, preferably in the B2B SaaS or AI space.

  • Strong understanding of PLG strategies and experience driving lead generation through various channels.

  • Expertise in email campaigns, analytics, and customer content development is a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage external stakeholders such as affiliates.

  • Exceptional communication skills: oral and in written form.

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to assess performance and optimize strategies.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
