Social Community Manager

LastPass is a market-leading password and identity management company trusted by businesses and millions of users. We are seeking a Social Community Manager to own organic social strategy and day-to-day community engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, TikTok, Glassdoor and emerging platforms—building authentic relationships with advocates, partners, influencers, and employees while delivering insights that shape strategy.

Skills

  • Proven experience managing social channels and building online communities
  • Strong content creation skills and knowledge of platform-specific formats and algorithms
  • Experience with analytics, KPI development, and reporting to inform strategy
  • Experience managing employee advocacy and influencer or partner relationships
  • Familiarity with SEO and AI optimization best practices for social
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, and product teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute organic social and community strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, TikTok, Glassdoor and emerging platforms
  • Monitor brand and industry conversations, respond authentically, and nurture relationships with advocates, partners, and influencers
  • Manage employee advocacy and executive social programs to amplify authentic voices across the organization
  • Define KPIs, build reporting cadence, and deliver monthly insights to guide strategy and stakeholder decision-making
  • Collaborate with creative, content, product marketing, demand gen, and paid social to align social initiatives with campaigns and product launches
  • Work with design to create scalable social content production methods and best practices
  • Use organic tactics to grow third-party mentions and position LastPass as a trusted voice in digital security
  • Apply platform best practices to optimize content for SEO and AI-driven discoverability

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Relevant social media or marketing certifications are a plus
