Senior Supply Chain Systems Analyst
Skills
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (D365, SAP, Oracle or similar)
- Experience with computer systems validation (CSV) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Production planning and scheduling expertise
- Strong data analysis and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Familiarity with production planning software and analytics tools
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Ability to work in a regulated manufacturing environment, including PPE use
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate master data across supply chain systems
- Lead ERP system enhancements and upgrades in line with CSV requirements
- Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system changes
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on forecasts and material availability
- Analyze supply chain and production data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles and best practices
- Collaborate with procurement, IT, operations, and logistics to implement integrated solutions
- Track KPIs (lead time, on-time delivery, production efficiency) and report insights
- Allocate resources (labor, equipment, materials) to optimize production flow
- Lead cross-functional project teams as an individual contributor
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field required
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred
