Senior Supply Chain Systems Analyst

Kyowa Kirin is a global specialty pharmaceutical company focused on translating biotechnology into novel therapies. The Senior Supply Chain Systems Analyst will improve site supply chain efficiency by managing master data, leading ERP enhancements and validation, developing production schedules, and delivering data-driven improvements at the new Sanford, NC manufacturing site. This individual contributor will partner cross-functionally, lead project workstreams, and operate within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Skills

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (D365, SAP, Oracle or similar)
  • Experience with computer systems validation (CSV) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Production planning and scheduling expertise
  • Strong data analysis and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Familiarity with production planning software and analytics tools
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a regulated manufacturing environment, including PPE use

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate master data across supply chain systems
  • Lead ERP system enhancements and upgrades in line with CSV requirements
  • Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system changes
  • Develop and maintain production schedules based on forecasts and material availability
  • Analyze supply chain and production data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles and best practices
  • Collaborate with procurement, IT, operations, and logistics to implement integrated solutions
  • Track KPIs (lead time, on-time delivery, production efficiency) and report insights
  • Allocate resources (labor, equipment, materials) to optimize production flow
  • Lead cross-functional project teams as an individual contributor

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field required
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred
