About the team and what we’ll build together

As a Procurement Manager within our Procurement function, you will support the organization’s operational, technical, and strategic needs through strategic sourcing and negotiations. In this role, you will partner with Functional Owners to manage vendor relationships, contract lifecycle, and purchasing processes.  You will oversee the Procurement Coordinator, providing strategic direction, day-to-day support, and performance management. You will ensure cost-effectiveness, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. Working cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Legal, IT, and department leaders, you will ensure that all purchases meet quality standards, support scalability, and contribute to overall operational efficiency. The Procurement function plays a critical role in optimizing spending, mitigating risk, and enabling the company to operate and grow with control and confidence. 


How you will make an impact
  • Deliver Best-in-Class Vendors/Service Providers to Support Business Needs 
  • Find the best solutions to support and grow our business and client needs with quality and expense at the forefront. 
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships through consistent business reviews, scorecards (critical vendors), and yearly due diligence assessments. 
  • Leverages AI tools to enhance spend analysis, supplier risk management, contract intelligence, demand forecasting, and procurement automation, driving cost savings, compliance, and operational efficiency across the procurement lifecycle.
  • Purchasing & Cost Management 
  • Oversee the purchasing process for goods and services. 
  • Track and manage procurement budgets through collaboration with Finance. 
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives.  
  • Contract Management 
  • Draft, review, and manage procurement of SOW’s and contracts in parallel with the business. 
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in parallel with Legal and Security & Compliance. 
  • Monitor contract performance and resolve disputes through Scorecard cadence. 
  • Compliance & Risk Management 
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical sourcing standards. 
  • Assess and mitigate supply chain risks in parallel with Legal, Security, and Compliance 
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in partnership with Legal. 
  • Audit Coordination 
  • Audit licensing and services to minimize spending. 
  • Plan renewal and net new contract procurement needs accordingly. 
  • Ensure timely delivery and minimal disruption within Kobie infrastructure.
  • Process Improvement 
  • Develop, enhance, and optimize procurement processes and workflows quarterly. 
  • Implement procurement software and tools to support scale in a high growth organization 
  • Develop and evolve KPIs and track procurement performance 


What you need to be successful
  • 5+ years in Contract Management, Procurement, or Vendor Management  
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience 
  • Experience using different business systems and vendor lifecycle management tools (e.g. JIRA, OneTrust, and RAMP). 
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency using Microsoft Office 365 E5 software (Copilot, Excel, Microsoft, PowerPoint, Word, etc.). 
  • Experience using different AI tools to boost productivity (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc). 
  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.  
  • Ability to collaborate across functional departments to drive shared goals and outcomes. 
  • Management experience. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and is willing to challenge the status quo 
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines from multiple business owners and stakeholders.  
  • The ability to prioritize (and reprioritized) tasks across many concurrent efforts.  
  • An honest, enthusiastic, and positive person!
