Senior Channel Solutions Engineer

Keyfactor is a cybersecurity company focused on identity-first security and machine identity management at scale. They are seeking a Senior Channel Solutions Engineer to lead technical engagements with strategic partners, design tailored solutions, and act as a trusted technical advisor across sales and product teams to drive partner-led growth.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience
  • Extensive experience leading technical discussions and solutions for key accounts and partners
  • Strong knowledge of PKI, certificate lifecycle management, and machine identity concepts
  • Experience documenting architectures and producing deployment roadmaps
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to travel up to 20–30% for onsite meetings and partner engagements

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discussions with key partners to understand requirements and propose advanced technical solutions.
  • Drive customized solution development and deployment roadmaps for strategic accounts.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and advanced technical guidance to internal teams and partners.
  • Contribute to strategic sales initiatives by aligning product capabilities with partner needs and go-to-market plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management and engineering to ensure customer requirements are addressed.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to inform product feedback and roadmap recommendations.
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with partners through reliable, value-driven technical support.
  • Participate in product testing and provide actionable feedback to improve product quality and user experience.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or equivalent experience
  • Relevant industry certifications or equivalent professional experience accepted
