Skills
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills for live and virtual audiences
- Experience with AI-driven learning platforms and virtual coaching tools
- Proficiency with LMS, role-play platforms, and learning analytics
- Ability to analyze data and surface actionable insights
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and scalable instructional design
- Stakeholder management and consultative partnering with revenue leaders
Responsibilities
- Facilitate live new-hire onboarding sessions and coaching across Sales, Customer Success, and Support
- Operate and optimize AI enablement platforms (e.g., Tangelo.ai, Second Nature) for scheduling, coaching, and insights
- Design and deliver reinforcement sessions, office hours, and ongoing touchpoints to sustain behavior change
- Maintain dashboards and learning reports measuring ramp time, satisfaction, and training effectiveness
- Partner with frontline managers to align enablement priorities and share coaching insights
- Drive continuous improvement while shifting content delivery from predominantly live to largely asynchronous formats
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Familiarity with adult learning theory and learning science
- Certificates in L&D, instructional design, or related fields are a plus
