Temporary Technical Sourcer
Skills
- 4+ years technical sourcing experience with at least 2 years sourcing for the Defense Industry
- Deep understanding of security clearance levels and government contract hiring requirements
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, ClearanceJobs/ClearedJobs.net, Dice Clearance, and ATS platforms
- Strong Boolean sourcing and candidate engagement techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and qualify candidates for cleared technical roles (Software Engineers, Systems Engineers, RF, Reverse Engineering, etc.)
- Build and maintain pipelines of cleared candidates (Secret, TS/SCI, Poly) and track status in the ATS
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and prioritize sourcing
- Use defense-specific sourcing channels (ClearanceJobs, ClearedJobs.net, Dice Clearance) plus LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and Boolean search techniques
- Conduct phone screens to assess technical fit and clearance eligibility, then present vetted candidates to hiring teams
- Maintain compliance with government hiring guidelines and internal processes
Education
- No specific degree required; relevant sourcing/recruiting experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred but not required
- U.S. citizenship required to obtain government security clearance
