Skills: Experience in educational leadership, strong understanding of literacy and the science of reading, excellent communication, relationship-building skills, and a sales-driven mindset.
Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience as a school or district leader, familiarity with literacy priorities, and a persuasive approach to communication and strategy.
Location: Remote with occasional travel to schools, district offices, and conferences in Pennsylvania and Ohio.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $75,000 - $110,000.
