Staff Developer Advocate, Developer Tooling & Adoption

This role is designed for a highly technical advocate who will drive the adoption of developer tools and frameworks across enterprise teams. You will create reusable reference architectures, interactive tutorials, and production-ready tooling to help developers implement distributed systems efficiently. Working at the intersection of engineering, developer relations, and solutions architecture, you will analyze developer challenges, produce technical content, and simplify complex workflows from proof-of-concept to production. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather feedback, and ensure consistent, high-quality integrations. The position requires empathy for developer needs, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly. This role is ideal for someone passionate about improving developer experiences at scale while contributing to open-source innovation.

• Accountabilities
• Architect and develop interactive, enterprise-focused tutorials, demos, and solution accelerators that accelerate developer understanding and adoption.
• Produce high-quality technical content, including tools, guides, blog posts, videos, and diagrams addressing developer pain points.
• Partner with go-to-market teams to analyze industry challenges and create prescriptive solutions that enable enterprise adoption.
• Collect and analyze data to inform content, tooling, and developer experience strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure consistent and high-quality developer tooling and messaging.
• Act as a senior technical representative to the developer community through forums, social media, and conferences.
• Gather structured developer feedback to influence product development and improve adoption pathways.

• Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a Senior or Staff Software Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Developer Advocate.
• Deep understanding of developer tooling, distributed systems, state management, and workflow execution.
• Empathy for developers and a passion for helping others succeed.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to internal and external audiences.
• Proficiency in one or more SDK languages and experience with complex production systems.
• Self-motivated, creative, and analytical mindset.
• Experience in building and advocating for enterprise-grade tools and reference architectures.
