This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-driven products that directly impact business outcomes. As a Senior Product Manager for AI, you will own the product roadmap, translate complex business requirements into scalable AI solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, data scientists, and AI developers. You will ensure successful integration of AI initiatives into business processes, drive adoption, and measure performance against key metrics. This position blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, providing exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies in a fast-paced and high-impact environment.

Accountabilities

·         Define, develop, and maintain the product roadmap for AI-driven products aligned with business objectives.

·         Gather requirements from stakeholders, define use cases, and prioritize features to maximize business value.

·         Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable AI solutions.

·         Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and AI developers to ensure accurate implementation and integration of AI solutions.

·         Drive AI adoption within business processes, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.

·         Monitor and evaluate product performance using KPIs, user feedback, and business impact metrics.

·         Own and manage the backlog for AI-related products, ensuring user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and executed efficiently.

·         Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

·         7+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, data analytics, or related roles.

·         3+ years of experience working with SQL.

·         Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).

·         Proficiency with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

·         Proven ability to deliver scalable AI solutions from ideation to deployment.

·         Experience leading teams and mentoring individual contributors.

·         Strong understanding of enterprise AI principles, data governance, and technology best practices.

·         Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
