Skills
- 2–3 years experience as Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager
- Strong knowledge of Agile processes and backlog management
- Proven ability to write precise user stories and acceptance criteria
- Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management
- Experience collaborating with engineering, UX, and QA
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Interest in AI-driven product development and legal technology
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers to convert AI roadmap items into functional backlog stories and prioritize work
- Partner with engineering daily to clarify requirements, remove blockers, and support execution
- Write clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria and validate sprint outputs with QA
- Work with UX on requirements gathering, customer research, and feature validation
- Balance backlog between new AI innovation, technical debt, and customer-reported issues
- Engage with Customer Success and Support to surface user needs and translate them into product requirements
- Act as subject matter expert for AI features and represent the team in client demos and design partner sessions
- Ensure AI capabilities are embedded and scaled consistently across vertical product teams
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline)
- Relevant certifications or coursework in product management, business analysis, or AI are a plus
