The Senior Product Manager, Integrations, will lead the design, prioritization, and delivery of robust connectors and API integrations that enhance platform capabilities and customer experience. Accountabilities

·         Own the Integrations backlog, shifting from ad hoc delivery to planned, discovery-driven execution.

·         Design and prioritize scalable integrations that support multiple product lines and customer needs.

·         Partner closely with engineering, implementation, and product teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment.

·         Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to inform integration requirements and priorities.

·         Deliver measurable efficiency gains, such as reduced integration cycle times, certified connectors, and improved documentation.

·         Transform integrations from a reactive service into a fully scaled product line with predictable delivery.

·         3+ years of experience in B2B Product Management, ideally in startups or high-growth environments.

·         Proven ability to manage technical products, system integrations, APIs, or infrastructure-dependent solutions.

·         Experience with core banking systems, payments, or enterprise integrations, or strong ability to quickly ramp up.

·         Technical depth to collaborate with engineers on system design, data flows, and architecture.

·         Strong execution skills, delivering results in fast-paced, high-agency environments.

·         Excellent collaboration and alignment skills across PMs, engineers, GTM, and implementation teams.
