This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Lead Product Manager, Platform in United States, Canada.
This role is an exciting opportunity to shape the backbone of a fast-growing enterprise platform. The Lead Product Manager, Platform will own and scale the core services that power identity governance and administration, enabling both internal product teams and external customers to integrate seamlessly with the platform. You will define the architecture of identity, account, entitlement, and application models, manage data aggregation and correlation, and guide API design for extensibility. Collaborating closely with engineering, architecture, and security teams, you will ensure that the platform is resilient, scalable, and performant while aligning technical capabilities with customer and business needs. This is ideal for a product leader who enjoys systems-thinking, building reusable abstractions, and driving complex technical workstreams end-to-end.
· Own and evolve the architecture of core identity models, ensuring scalability and performance for enterprise customers.
· Define and prioritize data ingestion, normalization, and correlation processes to support downstream use cases.
· Lead API design and platform extensibility to enable integration, automation, and consumption by internal and external teams.
· Drive shared workflow components, such as task engines, notifications, and orchestration services.
· Partner with engineering leadership to ensure infrastructure resilience, observability, and scalability.
· Act as a bridge between platform engineering, product teams, and customer-facing teams to ensure platform services meet evolving product requirements.
· Provide strategic direction, prioritize initiatives, and ensure end-to-end delivery of complex technical workstreams.
· 5+ years of product management experience, ideally on internal platforms or infrastructure products.
· Strong understanding of identity models and governance concepts (e.g., joiner-mover-leaver, entitlement mapping, least privilege).
· Experience collaborating with engineers on data modeling, API schemas, data flows, and infrastructure trade-offs.
· Skilled at systems-thinking, designing reusable abstractions, and enabling multiple product teams to deliver faster without duplication.
· Excellent stakeholder management, prioritization, and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion.
· Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
· Experience with scalable, enterprise-grade platforms and exposure to distributed systems is highly desirable.
· Competitive salary range: $170,000 - $260,000.
