The Product Manager for AI Educational Experiences will drive the development of AI-powered learning tools that directly impact student and teacher experiences. Working within Amplify's expanding AI initiative, you'll focus on creating engaging AI solutions that align with our high-quality curriculum programs while contributing to experimental initiatives exploring emerging educational applications. This role involves close collaboration with educators, curriculum experts, and AI engineers to build products that make instructional materials more accessible and teachable. You'll help shape how AI can meaningfully support classroom instruction while ensuring solutions remain grounded in educational best practices.
Product Development & Execution: Own the product development process for specific AI educational tools, from concept through launch and iteration. Establish success metrics and use data to continuously optimize product effectiveness
User Experience & Research: Work closely with teachers and students to design intuitive, engaging AI experiences that integrate seamlessly into classroom workflows. Conduct user research to validate approaches and identify improvement opportunities
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with curriculum teams, AI engineers, and designers to ensure AI products are educationally sound and technically feasible. Participate in product workshops to align teams on priorities and technical decisions
Technical Product Requirements: Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI features that enhance teaching and learning. Stay informed about AI model developments and their potential educational applications
AI Innovation Support: Contribute to experimental AI initiatives and prototype development, helping test and validate new concepts in educational settings
Go-to-Market Execution: Work with marketing and sales teams to effectively communicate AI product value to educators and administrators
Market Awareness: Study the educational AI landscape to identify opportunities, track emerging competitors, and inform product positioning
Compliance & Quality: Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to ensure AI products meet standards for reliability, accuracy, and educational effectiveness
What we offer:

The gross salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
