Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, roadmap and MBIs tied to business value and OKRs.
- Translate technical requirements into business language and vice versa; coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prioritize non-technical features and manage prioritization communications through the SDLC.
- Define product architecture scope, performance, scalability and security requirements based on market needs.
- Establish user groups, gather feedback, identify usability issues, and incorporate findings into roadmap decisions.
- Create product demos, prepare training materials, deliver user education and onboarding.
- Prepare release notes and manage product updates and communications.
- Measure product performance (engagement, satisfaction, popularity) and use analytics to inform feature enhancements.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a closely related field (required)
- Master's degree in business, product, or related field (preferred)
