What You Will Be Doing
We’re seeking a detail-oriented PLM Coordinator to lead the execution of the Product Lifecycle Management process across Titleist Gear and Club Glove teams. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure accurate product data, drive reporting transparency, and support seamless product launches. You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers as the PLM systems expert, providing training, refining workflows, and championing continuous improvement. What You Bring
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in business systems, including hands-on work with PLM software (Centric preferred).
Strong technical training background and advanced ad-hoc reporting skills with logical data understanding.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Cognos Report Studio, Workspace Advanced, Word, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with ERP systems and item setup processes preferred.
Prior experience in golf, customer service, or sales is a plus.
Deep understanding of PLM tools and ERP principles, with ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
Demonstrated project management skills—planning, coordinating, and delivering on time.
Creative and resourceful problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
Highly adaptable, receptive to feedback, and effective in dynamic environments.
