As Lead Product Manager for Extensibility, you will define and execute the strategy that integrates Qualified deeply into the sales and martech ecosystem. You will be responsible for driving the next generation of extensibility across a series of APIs and emerging agent-based paradigms. This is a highly strategic and technical role for a motivated product leader who thrives in dynamic environments and can move from concept to execution with curiosity, clarity, and grit.
Own the extensibility strategy and roadmap across all of Qualified’s extensibility initiatives (APIs, MCP/A2A, native integrations, third-party interfaces, and developer tools)
Work with engineering and architecture teams to design scalable, developer-friendly APIs
Build out an effective developer program and portal, monitor API usage patterns, and solicit developer feedback to inform future iterations
Track adoption of APIs and integrations using clear, outcome-focused metrics and use insights to guide priorities
Research LLM platforms and extensibility ecosystems to keep Qualified at the leading edge
Lead complex, cross-team initiatives from early concept through to customer success by breaking down problems and driving alignment
Prototype early solutions, ship iteratively, and refine based on data and developer feedback
Partner closely with design, engineering, and architecture teams to make the right trade-offs for speed, scalability, and user experience
7+ years of product management experience, including at least 4 years working on APIs, platforms, or extensibility
Strong technical intuition and experience collaborating with engineering on platform architecture and product decisions
Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, modern API design principles, and developer experience best practices
Proven ability to translate complex customer and partner needs into scalable developer-facing solutions
Entrepreneurial approach and comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
Data-driven mindset with a focus on measuring outcomes and iterating quickly using Agile principles
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with peers, executives, and external partners
