As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across multi-agency programs. You will maintain and analyze performance data, develop dashboards, and generate reports to track outcomes and trends. · Maintain, clean, and analyze program datasets to support evaluation and reporting initiatives.
· Develop and update dashboards and visualizations in Excel, Power BI, or other business intelligence tools.
· Write and execute SQL queries or similar database operations to extract and prepare data for analysis.
· Support the production of quantitative and qualitative statistical reports for leadership and stakeholders.
· Track and monitor key program metrics to ensure timely insights into interagency initiatives.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting platforms.
· Contribute to knowledge management, documentation, and sharing of analytical methods.
· Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis or program evaluation.
· Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
· Strong statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to present findings clearly to leadership.
· Familiarity with federal data sets, dashboards, or interagency reporting systems is a plus.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in team environments.
