Data Analyst, Forecasting

We are seeking a Data Analyst, Forecasting to support data-driven decision-making and help shape business strategy through insightful analysis. This role is integral to analyzing and interpreting data to deliver actionable insights that drive marketing, sales, and operational decisions. You will develop forecasts, build dashboards, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize business performance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong technical skills in SQL, Excel, and BI tools, and enjoys turning complex data into clear recommendations. This position offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact while working remotely as part of a dynamic Analytics team.

Accountabilities

·         Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design data models, and develop reports and dashboards across key business functions

·         Track and report on KPIs, regularly providing insights to support business strategy and decision-making

·         Maintain consistent business logic and KPI definitions across all reporting and dashboards

·         Develop product and sales forecasts using tools such as Excel, SQL, R, and Tableau

·         Proactively identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business optimization

·         Partner with other Analytics team members on cross-functional projects as needed

·         Contribute to ad hoc reporting and data projects to support organizational initiatives

·         2–3+ years of experience in SQL, business intelligence, and data warehousing; forecasting experience strongly preferred

·         Experience in Ecommerce, CPG, Retail, or other consumer products industries is a plus

·         Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills

·         Expertise with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI

·         Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork

·         Detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated to solve problems efficiently

·         Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines
