Responsibilities
- Define and own strategy, roadmap, and execution for Twilio SMS and RCS APIs to simplify developer experience and drive innovation.
- Lead evolution of the messaging platform, launching cross-channel APIs and modernizing legacy APIs at global scale.
- Design intuitive, consistent APIs by working backwards from developers and enterprise customer needs.
- Gather market intelligence, analyze usage patterns, and synthesize prototype insights to drive product direction.
- Partner with engineering, design, GTM, and partner teams to scope, build, and launch capabilities.
- Drive experimentation including betas and A/B tests to iterate toward product–market fit and growth.
- Use data and metrics to identify growth opportunities, performance gaps, and reliability improvements.
- Mentor and influence cross-functional teams, championing a developer-first culture in a distributed environment.
Education
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience (required)
- MBA or Master’s in CS or related discipline (preferred)
