As a Digital Product Manager focusing on Observability, you will drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of cutting-edge monitoring and telemetry platforms. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and cross-functional product teams to ensure end-to-end visibility across infrastructure, applications, databases, and networks. This role blends strategic vision and hands-on execution, aiming to enhance system reliability, performance insights, and incident response. You will analyze user feedback, metrics, and industry trends to prioritize impactful features and improve troubleshooting workflows. The position offers the chance to influence critical platform capabilities that support organizational resilience and growth in a fast-paced environment.
· Lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of observability and monitoring products that align with engineering and operational objectives.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements covering log analytics, metrics, traces, and end-to-end monitoring.
· Drive adoption and continuous improvement of observability and event notification platforms to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency.
· Analyze telemetry data and user feedback to prioritize features that improve troubleshooting workflows and reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR).
· Track industry trends in observability, site reliability engineering (SRE), and monitoring technologies to guide product innovation and differentiation.
· Manage product ceremonies, prioritize the backlog, and communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
· Mentor and guide early-career product managers while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
· 3+ to 7+ years of progressive product management experience (senior to expert level), including experience leading complex digital products.
· Proficiency with agile methodologies, product management tools, and roadmap planning.
· Solid understanding of development processes, UX principles, human-centered design, and digital platforms.
· Technical expertise in observability, log analytics, network and database monitoring, cloud infrastructure, and automation.
· Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and informing strategic product decisions.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
· Ability to influence stakeholders and drive product strategy independently.
· Competitive annual salary range: $104,000 – $187,625, based on experience and qualifications.
