Sr. Director, Product Marketing (Remote - US)

This role is designed for a strategic and visionary product marketing leader to define and execute go-to-market strategies for advanced healthcare technology solutions. You will translate complex AI-driven analytics and data platforms into clear, compelling value propositions for diverse healthcare audiences. The position requires close collaboration across product, sales, and marketing teams to shape messaging, drive market engagement, and support revenue growth. You will act as a subject-matter expert, leveraging customer insights, competitive intelligence, and industry trends to inform strategy and influence product adoption. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role ideal for a data-driven marketer passionate about improving healthcare outcomes.

Accountabilities

  • Develop differentiated product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across the portfolio, including AI-powered analytics and healthcare data platforms.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new product launches, market expansions, and strategic campaigns, aligning cross-functional teams around unified objectives.
  • Gather and analyze customer, competitor, and market insights to inform product marketing strategy, maintain battlecards, and capture win/loss data.
  • Manage analyst relations and thought leadership initiatives, positioning products effectively with key industry analysts and amplifying recognition in reports and awards.
  • Deliver compelling sales enablement tools, training, and messaging that clearly communicate product value to buyers and influencers.
  • Support multi-channel campaigns, content strategy, and segmentation efforts in collaboration with demand generation and corporate marketing teams.
  • Partner with product, sales, clinical, and technology teams to define market strategy, buyer personas, packaging, pricing, and overall go-to-market tactics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of B2B product marketing experience, including at least 5 years in healthcare technology (health plans, providers, or health tech vendors).
  • Proven expertise in SaaS, cloud software, data management, analytics, and digital health platforms.
  • Track record of successfully launching products, leading go-to-market strategy, and supporting direct outside sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare operations, IT, regulatory trends, payer/provider dynamics, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong storytelling, content development, and human-centric messaging capabilities.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Highspot, or similar marketing technology stacks.
  • Comfort operating both strategically and tactically, often simultaneously, including engaging with C-level executives.
  • Experience managing analyst relationships and integrating insights into product positioning and strategy.
  • Pragmatic Institute or similar product marketing certification highly desired.
  • Competitive base salary ($215,000 – $245,000 USD) with 15% bonus opportunity.
