As a Senior Specialist in Events & Project Management, you will lead the coordination and management of key user conferences and cross-functional initiatives, driving alignment across teams and vendors. Your ability to manage logistics, timelines, and stakeholder communications will be central to creating memorable, results-driven events. Accountabilities:

• Lead the planning and project management of annual user conferences, ensuring all timelines and deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors across departments including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Creative.
• Manage event registration systems, including website creation, attendee portals, and data reporting.
• Track and analyze event metrics including registrations, lead tracking, campaign success, and calendar performance.
• Process vendor contracts and invoices, and oversee room block coordination with venues and attendees.
• Ensure optimal usage and operation of event software platforms such as Salesforce, Tableau, Airtable, Captello, and Cvent.
• Provide ongoing support for event-related projects, expense tracking, and budget management within the events team.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in event and project management roles.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, service-oriented approach.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex timelines and deliverables with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in creative problem-solving and strategic thinking in dynamic environments.
• Comfortable working independently and leading projects from planning to execution.
• Tech-savvy, especially with tools like Cvent, Airtable, and Salesforce.
• PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
• Willingness to travel quarterly (up to 20%) and assist with physical event setup tasks.
