As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will play a critical role in helping enterprise customers deploy, optimize, and expand their use of innovative software platforms. You will partner closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to understand business needs, design technical solutions, and deliver compelling Proofs of Concept (POCs) that showcase platform capabilities. Your expertise in web technologies and solutions engineering will allow you to solve complex technical challenges, while your communication skills will help translate technical details into clear value for customers. Working with strategic accounts, you will build trust, provide thought leadership, and influence product development with actionable feedback. This role offers a high-impact opportunity to shape customer success and drive adoption of transformative software solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Accountabilities
- Partner with sales teams throughout the customer lifecycle to provide technical guidance and strategic solutions.
- Lead end-to-end Proof of Concept (POC) execution, ensuring successful deployment and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer requirements, assess existing systems, and design tailored solutions leveraging the platform’s capabilities.
- Solve front-end technical challenges (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and coordinate escalations to internal engineering teams when needed.
- Capture and communicate customer and market feedback to influence product roadmap decisions.
- Support customer expansion and retention through onsite and virtual engagements, workshops, and presentations.
- Represent the platform at industry events, webinars, and in thought leadership content.
- 5–10+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Consulting, with proven success in collaborating with sales and go-to-market teams.
- Intermediate web development skills including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with knowledge of web services.
- Experience building and maintaining demo environments; familiarity with demo automation technology is a plus.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences and build trust with customers.
- Skilled in solution architecture, whiteboarding, and hands-on technical problem-solving.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
