The Senior Solutions Engineer will play a key role in shaping technical solutions that align with customer business needs and drive value across enterprise engagements. This role combines pre-sales technical expertise, problem-solving, and solution design, acting as a bridge between sales teams and engineering. You will develop deep product knowledge, create tailored solution proposals, and ensure smooth transitions from sales to delivery. · Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products, solutions, and value propositions.
· Gather customer business requirements and design tailored solutions that address their needs.
· Create solution proposals, presentations, and other technical communications for potential clients.
· Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to delivery.
· Identify potential challenges in project plans and proactively propose resolutions.
· Educate peers and customers on technical solutions, best practices, and competitive differentiators.
· Serve as a technical liaison between business development teams and engineering/consulting teams.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Services, or a related technical field.
· Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or similar technical pre-sales role.
· Hands-on knowledge of modern web technologies and experience with enterprise solutions.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to go in-depth on technical solutions.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills for both small and medium-sized audiences.
· Ability to work collaboratively on large, complex projects across teams.
· Passion for technology, open source, and continuous learning.
· Desire to explore Drupal or similar content management systems and application architectures.
