This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Commercial Product Manager in the United States.

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Commercial Product Manager to own the full commercial lifecycle of digital payment and order-to-cash products. This role spans from concept and product incubation to launch, adoption, and optimization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver innovative solutions. By leveraging data-driven insights and deep understanding of SaaS markets, you will drive profitable growth and champion customer-focused product strategies in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Accountabilities

  • Act as subject matter expert and liaison between revenue teams and product stakeholders.
  • Maintain and prioritize product backlog to ensure efficient sprint planning and execution.
  • Evaluate feature requests and enhancements based on market demand, ROI, and client impact.
  • Track and manage product KPIs, providing transparency through automated reporting and scorecards.
  • Partner with sales and clients to communicate product value, roadmap priorities, and new functionality.
  • Collaborate with development and engineering teams to define requirements, functionality, and release plans.
  • Lead Go-To-Market strategy, including launch planning, prospect analysis, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Mentor and coach other product managers, supporting their professional development and team growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5–7+ years of commercial product management experience, ideally in SaaS, online payments, or product-centric businesses.
  • Proven experience in Go-To-Market strategy, product backlog management, and release lifecycle ownership.
  • Strong data-driven problem-solving skills and ability to leverage analytics for decision-making.
  • Understanding of market drivers, Total Addressable Market (TAM), and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience collaborating in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
  • Self-motivated with strategic thinking and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to lead product initiatives from concept through implementation and client engagement.
  • Base salary range: $116,000–$151,000 annually, with potential for equity, commissions, or performance bonuses.
