About the Role 

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead our PrePass suite of products and software solutions. In this role, you will direct all aspects of product strategy, own the roadmap to maximize customer value, and deliver solutions that meet business goals and objectives. You will lead efforts to discover customer problems and market opportunities, collaborating with teams across marketing, sales, and UX to gather input and deliver solutions that enhance safety and streamline operations. You will motivate scrum teams, champion agile methodologies, and work closely with engineering to deliver high-quality products on time. This is a hybrid role based out of our Phoenix, AZ office. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Product Strategy & Vision 

  • Continuously develop the product vision and strategy, utilizing design thinking. 
  • Create and communicate a clear roadmap that ensures the product vision aligns with business goals and objectives. 
  • Define market opportunities and develop product briefs. 
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and review competitive landscape on a regular basis. 

 

Customer & Market Insights 

  • Analyze product performance and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for ongoing product enhancements. 
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer, business, and market needs. 
  • Integrate customer feedback loops to ensure Voice of Customer (VOC) is captured. 
  • Define key product metrics to monitor ongoing product performance and identify product enhancement opportunities. 

 

Cross-functional Collaboration 

  • Collaborate with various teams, including finance and SLT, to set product pricing. 
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop product training materials and execute go-to-market strategies. 
  • Own, manage, and collaborate with product owners to communicate product changes both internally and externally. 

 

Product Execution & Delivery 

  • Manage the entire product lifecycle ensuring products evolve iteratively. 
  • Prioritize product features that maximize customer and business value. 
  • Collaborate with SCRUM team to ensure product requirements are clearly communicated and executed on time and on budget. 
  • Champion agile methodologies and motivate scrum teams. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field 
  • 5+ years of experience in product management 
  • Experience going through a full product lifecycle from inception to end of life 
  • Experience in integrating customer feedback loops to ensure Voice of Customer (VOC) is captured 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships and influence without formal authority 
  • Deep understanding of product management best practices, with experience implementing these in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 
  • Ability to translate product roadmap into executable deliverables 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions 
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Azure DevOps, and product management tools 
  • Experience working in transportation, OEM, telematics industry preferred 
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
