We are seeking a visionary Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of AI-powered solutions in enterprise data management. This role focuses on transforming how organizations govern, discover, and ensure the reliability of their data across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. The ideal candidate will define product vision, drive the roadmap, and deliver high-impact AI and data quality solutions that support enterprise growth. You will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, design, and go-to-market teams to create scalable, secure, and customer-centric products. This is a high-visibility role where strategic thinking, technical expertise, and customer advocacy directly influence enterprise AI adoption and success.
· Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven metadata and data quality solutions.
· Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement to identify opportunities, pain points, and emerging trends.
· Translate complex customer needs into actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
· Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.
· Collaborate with sales, marketing, and field teams to develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
· Champion product adoption, engagement, and customer success through advocacy and thought leadership.
· Monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous enhancements.
· Stay up to date on industry trends, AI/ML technologies, and best practices in data management and governance.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
· 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI/ML, data platforms, data governance, or data quality solutions.
· Proven success defining, launching, and managing enterprise-grade software products.
· Deep understanding of metadata management, data cataloging, data lineage, and data quality concepts.
· Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application to enterprise data challenges.
· Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud environments.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for diverse audiences.
· Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
· Strategic thinking, business acumen, and customer-centric mindset.
· Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
