Senior Product Manager, Documents (Remote - US)

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Documents to lead the development of AI-powered and automated solutions that transform how professionals create, manage, and collaborate on documents. This strategic and hands-on role combines product vision with execution, focusing on efficiency, workflow automation, and integration with document management tools. You will drive initiatives that reduce manual work, improve usability, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Working closely with UX designers and technical leads, you will define product strategy, identify high-value opportunities, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions in a fast-growing, scaling environment.

Accountabilities

As a Senior Product Manager, Documents, you will:

  • Define and execute product strategy and vision for document management and automation initiatives.
  • Conduct customer discovery, market research, and data analysis to identify opportunities that increase competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate closely with UX, engineering, and AI teams to co-own problem identification, solution design, and outcome delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment, prioritizing initiatives and ensuring measurable results in efficiency, adoption, and business impact.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and GTM teams to drive adoption, commercialization, and change management.
  • Mentor junior product managers and foster AI-powered innovation across the product organization.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 6–8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS environments, with expertise in document management, automation, and AI initiatives.
  • Proven ability to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with designers and engineers to deliver complex technology products.
  • Strong experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Strategic mindset with business acumen to build business cases, measure ROI, and prioritize initiatives effectively.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to communicate complex strategies clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and modern product tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms.

Preferred:

  • Experience in fintech or professional services industries.
  • Prior involvement integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) into product development processes.
  • Based in Austin, Texas.
