Mindful Support Services, LLC is a business-to-business support service for independent mental healthcare businesses, helping provider-members serve a growing client base. We provide a suite of administrative and organizational services that streamline lead generation, marketing, billing, and payment collection from patients and insurers. Our teams currently support over 2,000 independent mental health providers who serve more than 20,000 clients weekly across Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington, as well as virtually through Telehealth.

Position Overview
The Product Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting, maintaining, and optimizing all systems and tools utilized by the Operations team. This includes automation tools, data management platforms, EHR systems, CRM platforms, and other business-critical solutions. The Product Specialist acts as a subject matter expert and first point of contact for technical system-related inquiries and improvements, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and the project management team to ensure seamless operations across the organization.
This position reports to the Lead Technical Project Manager and involves a mix of system administration, product enhancement, troubleshooting, and cross-functional project support. This is a full-time, in-person position based at the Mountlake Terrace Headquarters, with required travel to other company locations as needed.

Work Environment
The Product Specialist is based in-person at the Mountlake Terrace Headquarters and must travel to all Mindful Support Services office locations as needed, with the potential for occasional out-of-state business trips. The position also requires off-site travel to support projects, equipment/supply needs, and repairs.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
