Product Manager, AI Internal Tooling
Skills
- 8+ years in product management, technical program management, or systems ownership in cloud/SaaS environments
- Proven experience shipping and iterating on AI features with measurable impact
- Technical fluency in business systems, integrations, APIs, and enterprise IT platforms
- Broad understanding of LLMs and AI-enabled enterprise systems
- Experience navigating ambiguity and driving cross-functional alignment
Responsibilities
- Define vision and strategy for internal AI tooling across IT and business systems
- Design and operationalize an intake and prioritization framework for AI requests
- Capture AI needs across teams and translate them into technical requirements
- Lead full product lifecycle from discovery and vendor evaluation to pilot, deployment, integrations, and adoption
- Drive technical design conversations around APIs, data flows, and integrations with architects and engineers
- Establish and enforce AI governance, security, and compliance standards
- Champion change management through documentation, training, and feedback loops
- Monitor AI and enterprise IT ecosystem to surface opportunities, risks, and best practices
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Advanced degree (MS/MBA) is a plus but not required
