Responsibilities
- Manage, hire, and mentor a group of product designers across Interaction, Motion, Expressive AI, and Vectors
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering leads to define roadmap, strategy, and execution
- Advocate for your team’s vision across the organization and influence product decisions
- Run and improve team processes such as critiques, sprints, and design reviews
- Balance people management with hands-on contribution to strategy and execution
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field preferred or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating product design leadership and shipped work
- Ongoing learning and familiarity with modern AI tooling
