Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and extend integrated campaigns that promote Figma’s brand and product offerings
- Create scalable toolkits, templates, and modular resources to enable teams and partners to expand campaign ideas
- Apply systems thinking to ensure campaign adaptability and consistency across formats and channels
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to translate strategy into high-impact creative
- Balance creative craft and measurable business impact throughout campaign development
- Define, document, and refine campaign systems that preserve brand integrity while allowing experimentation
Education
- BA/BS in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or equivalent experience
- Formal degree not strictly required if portfolio and experience demonstrate capabilities
