Product Manager - Trading API (Remote - Namer)

This role is ideal for a strategic and analytical professional passionate about trading and financial technology. The Product Manager will lead the development and management of trading API products, driving features that enhance user experience and product adoption. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, marketing, and operations to define product strategy, set priorities, and deliver high-impact solutions. Accountabilities
As a Product Manager - Trading API, you will:
- Drive product strategy for trading API initiatives by analyzing customer needs, market trends, and ROI.
- Define and prioritize product requirements, collaborating with engineering, design, data, and operations teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and data analysis to validate solutions and inform decisions.
- Maintain and communicate the product roadmap, aligning short-term execution with long-term strategic goals.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and operations to develop go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
- Analyze user funnels, identify friction points, and implement optimizations to enhance product performance and growth.
- Take ownership of ad hoc projects and initiatives to address evolving business needs.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, STEM, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, Trading, or developing a product independently.
- Strong passion for trading, markets, and financial products.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data-driven decision-making.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to balance user experience, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
- Highly self-driven, with exceptional communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, innovative environments.
