Market Planning Director - Global Authentication (Remote US)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Human API. We are currently looking for a Market Planning Director – Global Authentication in the United States.

This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead global market planning initiatives for identity verification and multi-factor authentication solutions. The Market Planning Director will drive the execution of commercial strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize product adoption and revenue performance. You will analyze market trends, recommend strategic product and pricing decisions, and ensure successful go-to-market execution in your region. The role involves close collaboration with finance, product, marketing, and sales teams to deliver measurable results. You will monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities for growth, and develop actionable insights to enhance market impact. This position requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization.

Accountabilities

  • Support and execute global commercial strategies for identity proofing and multi-factor authentication.
  • Drive revenue objectives by implementing market area plans and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, product performance, and competitive landscape to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Recommend new product concepts, modifications, positioning, and pricing strategies to support rapid adoption.
  • Develop and maintain sales channel strategies using market research and data insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, product, editorial, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful execution of strategies.
  • Monitor performance metrics, adjusting plans and tactics as needed to achieve business objectives.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational achievement. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 5–7 years of relevant technical and professional experience in market planning, product strategy, or related fields.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic planning capabilities, and quantitative analytical skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, creativity, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with product positioning, pricing, and commercial strategy execution.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, global environment with diverse stakeholders.
