Senior Power BI Developer / BI Analyst

You will work closely with stakeholders to transform complex data into interactive, actionable insights using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. The position emphasizes both technical proficiency and strategic collaboration, requiring a focus on high-quality reporting, data modeling, and visualization. You will play a key role in enhancing analytics workflows, ensuring performance and usability, and mentoring others in BI best practices. Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for BI solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Design, develop, and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models to meet business needs.
• Implement best practices for data visualization, performance tuning, and user experience.
• Integrate Microsoft Fabric to enhance data connectivity, ETL processes, and analytics workflows.
• Conduct unit testing to ensure accuracy, validity, and integrity of reports and datasets.
• Stay updated on the latest Power BI features and industry trends to continually improve solutions.

• 7+ years of experience in Power BI development and BI analysis.
• Proven experience in Microsoft Fabric and advanced data visualization techniques.
• Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, data modeling, SQL, and ETL processes.
• Experience with Power BI deployment and performance optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
