About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our influencer and content creator programs. This role will manage two distinct but interconnected categories:
1. Content Creator Partnerships – Manage relationships with creators who produce brand-owned content for Achieve and Freedom Debt Relief social channels, ensuring we deliver compelling, on-brand creative assets.
2. Influencer Partnerships – Build and manage partnerships with influencers who will act as advocates, educators, and trusted voices to their own audiences about Achieve and Freedom Debt Relief products and services.
This is both an executional and strategic role. You will be responsible for delivering measurable results against business KPIs while also developing new strategies to scale the influencer program. A key focus of the role is building and nurturing long-term relationships with influencers and content creators who can evolve into authentic brand ambassadors, strengthening advocacy and credibility for Achieve and Freedom Debt Relief over time.
To be successful in this role, you are someone who has a passion for social media and nurturing relationships with influencers. You have a proven track record of launching influencer strategies that drive brand conversations, consideration, and conversions at a high rate across social media channels like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You also have also established strong relationships with influencers in the financial space and can hit the ground running. You are also someone with a go-getter mindset who enjoys building influencer marketing programs from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creator Partnerships
· Source, vet, and manage relationships with content creators producing brand-owned content for Achieve and Freedom Debt Relief channels.
· Brief creators, oversee production, and ensure deliverables meet creative standards, brand guidelines, and publishing timelines.
· Collaborate with social, brand, and creative teams to integrate creator content into broader campaigns.
· Optimize creator-produced assets for maximum engagement, reach, and conversions on brand-owned platforms.
Influencer Partnerships
· Identify, contract, and manage influencers who can authentically advocate, educate, and build trust with their audiences about Achieve and Freedom Debt Relief.
· Develop campaign strategies that leverage influencers to drive awareness, consideration, and conversions.
· Oversee the full lifecycle of influencer partnerships: outreach, negotiation, briefing, content approval, campaign execution, and reporting.
· Build long-term relationships with influencers and agencies to create scalable, sustainable advocacy.
Program Strategy & Growth
· Execute against the influencer program strategy while continuously developing new approaches to optimize performance and scale impact across both influencer and content creator partnerships.
· Deliver results that directly map to business KPIs, including awareness, engagement, conversions, and customer acquisition.
· Build and nurture long-term relationships with top-performing influencers and content creators, developing them into authentic brand ambassadors for Achieve and Freedom Debt Relief.
· Monitor trends, competitive activity, and platform innovations to ensure our influencer marketing program remains fresh, relevant, and effective.
· Create repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and best practices to improve efficiency and ensure long-term program sustainability.
Experience: 4–6+ years of influencer and/or creator marketing experience, ideally managing both brand-owned content partnerships and influencer advocacy programs.
· Proven Success: Track record of designing and executing campaigns that drive measurable awareness, engagement, and business outcomes.
· Creative + Strategic: Strong ability to craft narratives and campaigns that resonate authentically across both brand and influencer channels.
· Relationship Builder: Skilled at fostering and managing partnerships with influencers, creators, and agencies.
· Operational Excellence: Comfortable managing contracts, budgets, and workflows from ideation to reporting.
· Analytical: Proficient in influencer/creator performance tracking tools and translating insights into actionable strategies.
· Scrappy & Growth-Minded: Excels at building programs from the ground up while creating systems to scale.

Salary Range: $140,000 to $150,000 annually + bonus + benefits.
