This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced financial professional to lead planning and analysis initiatives within a dynamic SaaS environment. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic insights, working closely with Sales and Marketing teams to drive revenue-focused decisions. The position also carries tactical responsibilities, such as payroll oversight and dispute resolution, making it a hands-on role with a broad scope of influence. With exposure to investor relations, SaaS metrics, and cross-functional collaboration, this role offers significant impact on both operational execution and long-term strategy.

Accountabilities:

As Manager, FP&A, you will be responsible for leading core financial planning and analysis activities while supporting strategic growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Acting as the financial partner to two business units, supporting decision-making with clear insights.
  • Preparing due diligence materials and investor presentations for capital-raising activities.
  • Leading ownership of SaaS KPIs and metrics, producing accurate reports and actionable insights.
  • Developing financial models for scenario planning, capital investments, and sales strategy.
  • Analyzing sales performance and providing recommendations to optimize results.
  • Presenting financial reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Partnering with department heads to provide financial insights that drive business performance.
  • Managing compliance with financial regulations and US GAAP standards.
  • Overseeing US payroll activities and resolving invoice disputes.
  • Driving continuous improvement of financial processes and tools.

The ideal candidate is a strong finance leader with hands-on expertise in SaaS metrics and proven ability to support growth through strategic insights. The position requires:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA/CA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Advanced skills in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Solid knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles.
  • Experience with private equity funding processes a strong plus.
  • Understanding of SaaS KPIs (CAC, LTV, Rule of 40, etc.) highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proven record of improving financial processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and financial planning software.
  • Demonstrated leadership, project management, and team management skills.
