Job Description

We are seeking a Corporate FP&A Systems Manager to contribute meaningfully to planning, analysis, reporting, and strategy in support of our rapidly growing organization. This is a unique role where you will partner with key stakeholders across the organization through the lens of a financial and data system administrator and be responsible for maintaining and implementing system improvements. What You'll Do

  • Administer and maintain Freshworks financial planning systems with emphasis on Workday Adaptive Planning
  • Oversee system configurations, integrations, and updates to ensure they align with the company's financial operations and business needs
  • Provide business support to end-users, troubleshoot system issues through partnerships with IT, and work closely with internal teams to resolve operational concerns
  • Monitor system performance, manage database backups, and ensure the availability and security of financial data
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement system improvements and ensure compatibility with other enterprise systems such as NetSuite, Power BI, SFDC, and Workday HCM
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and training materials for end-users
  • Assist in the development and generation of financial reports, dashboards, and data analytics to support decision-making

Please note: This is a hybrid role that will be based in San Mateo, CA, and requires an in-office presence three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday). 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in financial systems administration with hands-on experience managing Adaptive Planning
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and internal controls
  • Proficient in database management, system integration, and data migration techniques
  • Experience with business intelligence tools and reporting software
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
  • Knowledge of data security protocols, user access controls, and regulatory requirements 

Additional Information

The annual base salary range for this position is $165,800 - $215,000. 

Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level. Bonus/equity may be available.
