We’re seeking a strategic, results-oriented Broker Manager to drive sales growth by recruiting, training, and managing a network of insurance brokers. In this role, you’ll spearhead regional expansion, forge meaningful partnerships, and deliver tailored solutions to help businesses thrive. Accountabilities:

  • Build and manage relationships with brokers, agents, CPAs, and other key referral sources to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct cold outreach, identify high-potential leads, and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Deliver presentations and customized proposals that showcase value-added solutions to clients.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to brokers on product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and compliance regulations.
  • Represent the organization at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Meet and exceed monthly goals related to RFP submissions, lead generation, and client acquisition.
  • Oversee budgets and campaign performance for regional outreach, including digital campaigns and contact expansion.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within a PEO, insurance, or HR services environment.
  • Strong background in cold-calling, prospecting, and managing broker relationships.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with lead tracking systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup while managing a California-based territory.
  • Preferred: Experience with PEO models, understanding of risk management principles, and knowledge of licensing requirements.
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 to $150,000 annually, with potential for discretionary incentive compensation.
