This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape the future of an emerging financial market by driving strategic decisions through data. You will work across product, marketing, platform, and finance teams to uncover insights, build models, and design experiments that directly influence product development and business growth. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business intuition and thrives in a fast-moving, impact-driven environment. This is a full-time position based in New York City, with flexibility depending on experience.

Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, track, and analyze key performance metrics.
• Design A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate product changes and user behavior.
• Build predictive models and analytical frameworks that support marketing, platform enhancements, and financial strategies.
• Develop reusable datasets, tools, and pipelines to improve team efficiency and data accessibility.
• Lead end-to-end execution of complex data projects, from scoping to delivery.
• Ensure high standards in data quality, reporting, and organizational data literacy.
• Partner with teams such as Engineering, Design, Sales, and Finance to support company-wide objectives with actionable insights.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, or a related domain.
• Strong command of SQL and fluency in Python or R.
• Experience with distributed data systems like Redshift, Snowflake, Hive, or Spark.
• Solid foundation in statistical analysis, experimentation (A/B testing), and forecasting methods.
• Proven ability to communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting data initiatives in Product, Marketing, Finance, or internal platform teams.
• Bonus: self-starter mindset, adaptability in ambiguous situations, and a passion for building in early-stage environments.
