Skills
- Strong expertise in Python and data science libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Proven ability in end-to-end statistical modeling and machine learning.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
- Willingness to be on-call to support customers as needed.
- Ability to travel 25-50% primarily across North America with occasional international trips.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with delivery leaders to scope, develop, and deploy end-to-end data science and machine learning solutions addressing operational problems.
- Identify and implement optimizations based on deep engagement with customer challenges for scalable, stable solutions.
- Translate inconsistent data and real-world constraints into elegant, deployable AI workflows.
- Iterate rapidly based on operator and client feedback to refine solutions.
- Develop reusable tools and infrastructure to accelerate future AI model development and deployment.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
